Stage 1 is estimated to commence on the 7th of July through to November 2025. If you are in this stage instructions will be available soon. Stage One includes all A & B apartments.
It’s time to meet the builder on the 19th of June 2025, 5:00pm to 6:30pm in the Foyer, 74 Shirley Road.
Preservation Technologies will give a brief presentation and are happy to discuss any questions you may have. They will also have window samples for your to view.
With the contract now signed and work due to commence in just four weeks this is a perfect opportunity to touch base and talk about next steps. Everyone is welcome to attend. Come say hello!
Preservation Technologies will commence work on the 30th of June 2025 having recently signed the contract along with Strata Representatives. Preliminary works will commence on-site from Wednesday 28th of May.
