Preservation Technologies is approaching the completion of Stage 2-3 remedial works for Units C, D & E. The completion inspection is booked for THURSDAY 30th April 2026, please ensure access to your unit is provided on this date. Refer to the timetable in the link below for the approximate time we will be at your apartment.

In approximately two weeks, Preservation Technologies will commence window and balcony door replacement works in E units. They expect to complete each apartment over two days, followed by internal repairs.

From Monday 1 December, Preservation Technologies will install sunroom enclosure fire windows in A & B units. It is expected that
the install will take place over three days, followed by internal repairs if required.
Work will occur between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM on scheduled days. If you can not be home to give access, please expect us to enter through the timber hoarding that is currently in place.
Activities will include but are not limited to;
Please bring your own gloves and any gardening equipment that you might have. There will be some refreshments
Unit D works commence in approximately 2.5 weeks.
