Open Balcony Tile Selection

Voting for the open balcony tiles is underway. Deadline for voting preferences is 5pm, 17th September. Tiles are available to view in the foyer, 74 Shirley Road.

 If you are an owner contact Strata Partners if you have not received your voting form. Note that one tile option will be selected for ALL open balcony units based on voter preferences.

All tiles meet the slip resistance requirements of the Australian Standard for external areas. You can view the tile specification sheets and product descriptions HERE.

 

 

 

First Windows Installed

The new window installation has commenced, they look amazing and most importantly they don’t rattle – Watch the rattle test. Stage 1 owners are now being notified three days prior to access being requested starting at the top. 8A, 7A and 6A have all received their notices. If you are in stage 1 keep an eye out for your notification. Remember to clear all belongings away from the windows. IMPORTANT: Kitchen Window Panel & Exhaust

Attention all owners of A & B apartments. A decision is required for your choice of Exhaust Panel in the kitchen.

Option 1: Kitchen Exhaust Fan with Aluminium/CFC Panel – $900.00 + GST
Option 2: Aluminium/CFC Panel Only – No Charge
Option 3: Glass Pane Only – No Charge

If you haven’t received your notification with important details about submitting your preferred choice to Preservation Technologies by the 20th of August please contact Strata Partners immediately.

 

A Units – Window Installation

Window installation to commence on the 25th of August on the east facing facade of Units A.

Important Information for Owners and Occupants:

1. Window Coverings: All window coverings must be removed before the scheduled replacement.
For assistance, owners may contact the following tradesperson to arrange removal and reinstatement (at the
owner’s expense): Henning B – 0406 897 544

2. Window Frame Warnings: No fixings or attachments are to be installed on the new window frames, as doing so will void the product warranty. Please speak directly with the Site Supervisor if you have any questions regarding this.

3. Personal Belongings: Occupants must clear all personal items within a 1-meter radius of the windows to be replaced. This includes, but is not limited to: furniture, couches, wardrobes, rugs, lamps, tables, beds, drawers, plants etc

Deadline for colour choices

Strata partners are sending a voting pack to all owners for some important and time sensitive colour choices. Reach out to Strata Partners if you are an owner and have not received your voting pack which includes pricing details. You can also view some artists impressions here

Stage 1 check measure success

100% of Stage 1 apartments successfully completed their check measure with Preservation Technologies today. Owners and tenants organised access, ordered fly screens and took the opportunity to meet the builders and ask questions. Everyone’s engagement has been excellent and will ensure we move swiftly on to the next step in the process.

Congratulations stage 1 apartments, you have set the bar high!
