100% of Stage 1 apartments successfully completed their check measure with Preservation Technologies today. Owners and tenants organised access, ordered fly screens and took the opportunity to meet the builders and ask questions. Everyone’s engagement has been excellent and will ensure we move swiftly on to the next step in the process.

It is estimated that Stage 3 will commence at the end of January however this is dependent on progress throughout stages 1 and 2.
Due to recent wet weather and to recover lost time, Saturday work will take place within council-approved hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm.
